The Essence
As-Saboor is the Most Patient. Despite seeing the disobedience and arrogance of humanity every single day, He does not rush to punish them. He gives them immense time and endless opportunities to repent.
In the Quran
إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ
"Indeed, Allah is with the patient (As-Sabireen). (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:153)"
In Your Duas
رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
"Our Lord, pour upon us patience (Sabr) and let us die as Muslims [in submission to You]."
