The Essence
Ar-Raafi' is the One who elevates and raises the status of the believers in this world and the Hereafter. He honors those who are humble and obedient, granting them high spiritual ranks.
In the Quran
يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ
"Allah will raise (Yarfa') those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. (Surah Al-Mujadila 58:11)"
In Your Duas
اللَّهُمَّ ارْفَعْنِي عِنْدَكَ دَرَجَةً
"O Allah, raise my rank in Your presence and elevate me among the righteous in this life and the Hereafter."
