The Essence
Al-Wahhaab is the One who constantly bestows gifts, favors, and blessings without expecting anything in return. He gives freely and abundantly out of sheer grace and generosity.
In the Quran
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ
"Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower (Al-Wahhaab). (Surah Ali 'Imran 3:8)"
In Your Duas
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي حُكْمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ
"My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous."
