The Essence
Al-Baatin is the Intimate and the Hidden. He cannot be fully comprehended by human imagination or physical senses in this world, yet He is closer to us than our own jugular vein.
In the Quran
وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالْبَاطِنُ
"...the Ascendant and the Intimate (Al-Baatin)... (Surah Al-Hadid 57:3)"
In Your Duas
وَأَنْتَ الْبَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُونَكَ شَىْءٌ
"And You are the Hidden, there is nothing closer than You."
