The Essence
Ash-Shakoor is the One who highly appreciates and infinitely rewards even the smallest of good deeds. A human might overlook a minor act of kindness, but Ash-Shakoor multiplies the reward of every sincere effort.
In the Quran
إِنَّ رَبَّنَا لَغَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ
"Indeed, our Lord is Forgiving and Appreciative (Shakoor). (Surah Fatir 35:34)"
In Your Duas
يَا شَكُورُ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي الْيَسِيرَ وَاعْفُ عَنِ الْكَثِيرِ
"O Shakoor (Appreciative), accept from me my small deeds and forgive my numerous shortcomings."
