The Essence
Al-Wudood is the source of pure, unconditional, and expressive love. He intensely loves His righteous servants, and He places love and affection between people's hearts.
In the Quran
وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الْوَدُودُ
"And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate (Al-Wudood). (Surah Al-Buruj 85:14)"
In Your Duas
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ، وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ
"O Allah, I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You."
