The Essence
Al-Jabbaar is the One who mends what is broken and restores the shattered hearts. Simultaneously, He is the Compeller to whose will everything submits. He restores the oppressed and humbles the arrogant.
In the Quran
الْعَزِيزُ الْجَبَّارُ الْمُتَكَبِّرُ ۚ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
"The Exalted in Might, the Compeller (Al-Jabbaar), the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him. (Surah Al-Hashr 59:23)"
In Your Duas
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَعَافِنِي وَاجْبُرْنِي وَارْفَعْنِي
"O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, grant me well-being, mend my shortcomings (wajburni), and raise my rank."
