The Essence
Al-Haleem is the incredibly patient and forbearing One. Despite His power to punish sinners instantly, He delays retribution, giving His servants time to realize their mistakes, repent, and return to Him.
In the Quran
وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ
"And Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing (Haleem). (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:225)"
In Your Duas
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ
"There is no deity but Allah, the Great, the Forbearing (Al-Haleem)."
